Betta Chimaobim Edu is a popular Nigerian politician who has been in the government for a few years.
Betta Edu was born on October 27, 1986, in Lagos Nigeria, although her parents are from Cross River State, she was the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation before her immediate suspension after allegations that she transferred over 585 million naira (about £500,000 or $640,000) from the government into a personal bank account.
She has over twelve years experience of in building and leading teams in visioning, developing, and implementing life-saving health policies and programs at national and state levels.
